Evergreen Escapes is set to complete the multi-million-pound acquisition of two holiday parks in Cornwall from Hoburne - Doublebois and St Mabyn.
The addition of these parks represents an important step in building Evergreen’s growing portfolio and great value to their investors. With a strong development plan already in place, Evergreen Escapes aims to deliver on its ‘escape the urban’ ethos through enhanced guest experiences and elevated standards of quality at both parks to attract aspirational holiday guests and lodge owners looking to make the most of the UK’s most popular holiday region.

Evergreen Escapes Group has appointed Geoff Cowley as Chief Executive Officer.
Formerly CEO of Awaze UK, Geoff brings significant experience in leading businesses through periods of growth, supporting the group’s ambition to scale and build a high-performing portfolio.
Geoff joins the business at a pivotal time, with renovations progressing at the group’s first acquisition, The Manor & Ashbury, and several new lodge parks set to join the group in the coming weeks.
